Would be nice for a panel of the director reading about Gyro later on.
Would love to see what gave a bot that was so BASIC to have similar thinking as the advance androids (Something like Terminator would have been after having its chip reset)
Judeo: Huh, my prediction wasn’t as far off as I’d expect.
Judeo: THAT’S UNEXPECTED! ZEDRIN KINDA SUS.
Judeo was ejected.
—— At the labs…
Socket: PIVOT!
Pivot: SOCKET!
Blaustein: QUIET! I’M VORKING!
P&S: Sorry!
Pivot: Are you okay?
Socket: Mhm! Nothing too serious that Mr. Blaustein couldn’t handle.
Socket: So…I guess you already found out about my second job, huh?
Pivot: Well, you did find out about mine though.
Socket: I KNOW, RIGHT!?
Blaustein: VOLUME!
Socket: *grits teeth* I know, right?
Socket: I never knew that my girlfriend would be a secret agent working for Vigilance! You’re so sooo cool I just wanna kiss you!
Pivot: *blushes* Eheheheh…
I see it more as Gyro had seen an exception that if he did not do anything because following one directive would make him fail that other directive… reminds me of Cephalon Cy from Warframe, where he had two directives. “Complete the Mission” and “Ensure Crews Survival”… but in order to do either, he had to fail the other on the last mission he was on with his old crew, who decided that the mission was more important.

Anyways, nice to know that Socket is doing well!
And don’t have my boi Gyro kick the bucket, he grew on me!
“finished with your girlfriend” idk why but I’m suddenly scared they did a memory wipe on socket and now she won’t remember pivot…
NOOOO. Bad Dizaster! Don’t tempt Murphy! D8
That would be asininely stupid since they want Pivot for Sigma
…truuuue. Don’t tempt Murphy anyway >->
Any robot named after such a delicious Greek food must be sapient.
Delicious Greek food, or self-stabilizing weighted dynamo?
You choose!
why not both?
Gyro is not dead or going to be scrapped, DEPLOY THE FIREWORKS LAUNCHER!
Someone call Tchaikovsky! Start the 1812 Overture!
…aim the cannons at Hivemind!

we all wish for this to happen in our hearts :flushed:
Fingers crossed that Gyro will be alright.
There still a “reboot” option about that “gray logic” Gyro is still in some kind of danger…
…right. Cancelling Code Relay on panicking about Gyro’s future. For now.
“Gray logic?” Like, as in, human thought processing?
Maybe true? Referring to the ‘gray matter’ of the human brain perhaps? Or maybe trinary true, false, or maybe logic versus binary true or false logic.
Probably as in not specifically “black or white”. Moral ambiguity isn’t something they’re likely programmed to do.
more like. : non binary , non programed response..
IE: if x = true
if y = false
if z = … error ,.. { punch in face. }
error z not defined.
z. z. z.!

Gray as in “Grey Matter” as in “Brain” I think.
no, and the full term is “grey zone” and usually refers to uncertainty of a situation, either morality, logic or whatever is questionable.
That’s relieving for Pivot.
Gyro perhaps.
